Return and Refund Policy

  

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

(As per Indian Consumer Protection & GST Regulations)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

  

1. Returns (As Per Consumer Protection Act, 2019 – India)

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

  • Return      request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • For      return request please contact us via our contact page or      just drop an email to contact@navurjasolutions.in with your order number.
  • Product      must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • All      accessories, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and invoice must be returned.
  • Product      must not show signs of fitting, tampering, or electrical connection.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

  

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to safety, hygiene, and electrical compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed      electrical components (controllers, throttle, display meters, converters,      wiring harness)
  • Lithium-ion      batteries once used or installed
  • Spare      parts once fitted
  • Consumables      such as brake pads, cables, bulbs, etc.
  • Custom      or special-order products
  • Clearance      or discounted items (unless defective)

  

3. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A      damaged product
  • A      manufacturing defect
  • An      incorrect item

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear      photos
  • Unboxing      video
  • Order      number

After verification, we will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.

  

4. GST & Taxation Policy (Important)

  • All      prices displayed on our website are inclusive/exclusive of GST as      mentioned on the product page.
  • A GST      Tax Invoice will be issued for every order.
  • In      case of return, the refund will include GST charged on the invoice (if      applicable).
  • GST      credit (Input Tax Credit – ITC) can only be claimed by registered buyers      based on the original tax invoice.
  • If a      GST-registered buyer has already claimed ITC, they must reverse the ITC as      per GST law before refund processing.
  • Refunds      will be processed only after goods are received and verified.

As per GST regulations, refund will be processed against the original invoice value.

  

5. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refund      will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Amount      will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • For      Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank      transfer (customer must provide bank details).
  • Shipping      and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our      mistake.

  

6. Order Cancellation

·       Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. For Cancellations, please contact us via contact us link. 

  • If you      need to change your order or just want to cancel it, please contact us via      our contact      page or just drop an email to contact.happymart.jbp@gmail.com     with your order number. Our support team will get back to you by      email within one business day regarding your request
  • Once      dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Refund      for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days.

  

7. Return Shipping

  • Return      shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product is      defective or wrongly delivered.
  • We      recommend using a trackable courier.
  • We are      not responsible for lost return shipments.

  

8. Warranty Claims

Certain products such are covered under manufacturer warranty as per warranty card terms if mentioned on product page. Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical      damage
  • Water      damage
  • Improper      installation
  • Unauthorized      repairs

Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection.

  

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Jabalpur MP India

SECTION 14 – PAYMENT TERMS (INCLUDING CASH ON DELIVERY)

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways including but not limited to Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and other approved digital payment methods.

All online payments are processed through encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store complete credit/debit card details on our servers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected products and locations only.

  • We reserve the right to disable      COD for high-value, bulky, battery, or customized products.
  • Orders placed under COD may      require telephonic confirmation before dispatch.
  • Refusal of COD orders at the      time of delivery may result in:
    • Blocking of future COD       eligibility
    • Recovery of forward and return       shipping charges
  • Repeated non-acceptance of COD      orders may lead to account suspension.

For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.

  

SECTION 15 – BATTERY SAFETY & ELECTRICAL COMPONENT LIABILITY

HAPPY MART deals in electric vehicle spare parts including lithium-ion batteries, BLDC controllers, wiring harnesses, throttles, converters, and other electrical components.

Product Use Responsibility

By purchasing electrical or battery-related products, you agree that:

  • Installation must be performed      by a qualified technician.
  • Products must be used strictly      according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Incorrect installation,      overcharging, physical damage, water exposure, short-circuiting, or misuse      may cause fire, injury, or property damage.

Battery Safety Disclaimer

Lithium-ion batteries are sensitive electronic devices. Improper use may result in:

  • Overheating
  • Fire hazards
  • Explosion risk
  • Permanent damage

We shall not be held liable for:

  • Damage caused due to improper      installation
  • Use of incompatible chargers or      controllers
  • Unauthorized modification or      tampering
  • Accidental damage, water      ingress, or external impact
  • Failure to follow charging      guidelines

Limitation of Liability (Electrical Parts)

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law:

  • Our liability is limited      strictly to product replacement (if eligible under warranty).
  • We are not responsible for      indirect damages, loss of vehicle use, loss of income, or consequential      losses.
  • Warranty shall be void if the      product seal is broken (where applicable) or tampered with.

Customers are strongly advised to:

  • Use original chargers
  • Avoid overcharging
  • Avoid exposure to water
  • Conduct periodic inspection of      wiring and connectors

Electrical components and batteries are sold strictly for use in compatible EV systems. The buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compatibility before purchase.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in:

Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.

  

SECTION 17 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HAPPY MART.
